Adopting a holistic approach using behavioural, ERP, and imaging approaches, we would like to examine the underlying cognitive processes contributing to symptomatology of psychosis. Subjects with include high risk adolescents with sub-clinical symptoms and patients with psychotic symptoms and their non-psychotic first-degree relatives. We would like to identify the illness development and design proactive assessment for risk factors and develop cost-effective intervention for the corresponding dysfunctions.
