Wang Ya and Huang Jia Received Endeavour Award from Australia Government

The Endeavour Award is a competitive, merit-based international scholarship program provided by Australian Government for citizens from Asia-Pacific, the Middle-East, Europe and America to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia. It is administered by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).
After a rigorous review process, Dr. Wang Ya (associate professor) and Dr. Huang Jia (assistant professor) from the Neuropsychology and Applied Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory, Key Laboratory of Mental Health, Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences were both awarded an Endeavour Research Fellowship. In 2012 they will make an academic visit to Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia and conduct a half-year collaboration project with Prof. David Shum, Deputy Director of the Griffith Health Institute. This will further strengthen the collaborative relationship between the two institutes.
