Social network characteristics and life quality among older adults under the background of organizational participation

Under a background of organizational participation and using social groups of old adults as the basic units, this project aims to examine the relationship between social network and life quality and relevant mechanisms from the perspectives of ego-center and social-center network. In practical terms, findings of this project will provide a series of helpful advice and operational measures for improving community managements and services, strengthening the social participation of old adults, and promoting physical and mental health of old adults based on aging society of China.
