Intervention Study on the Influence of Employee Authenticity on Work Well-being and Behavioral Performance

This project mainly focuses on the employee authenticity and its effect in the work field. As one of the core positive traits of human being, authenticity may bring and accumulate positive psychological sources for individuals and teams. Through longitudinal design and field intervention study, the influence of employee authenticity on work well-being and behavioral performance under the Chinese cultural context could be examined. Also, this project will explore the impact of some other factors like leader authenticity, team trust, and psychological capital as moderators or mediators. Besides, we hope to find some effective interventions or just obtain some insights of improving employee authenticity in organizational circumstances.
