The project aims to address the critical problem of resting fMRI preprocessing steps which has been known as global signal regression. We have got access to open data of fMRI, physiological and behavioral measurement. By integrating these data, it may help us attain a better understanding of global signal regression and its effect in further fMRI analysis.
